Here atmosphere is good. We work like family members. We work as a team. Our senior staff is very supportive.
Cons
Here benefit package is not very attractive. I don't see any future scope here. They don't evaluate the performance and promote the person accordingly.
Advice to Management
They should improve the benefit package so that one could stick here for a long time. They should improve their appraisal program.
