I like the way my senior treats me. I like the incentive package which is very fair. There is unlimited potential for earning money.
Cons
I don't think I dislike anything. The only is I dislike is my performance at work because I'm not able to perform up to the mark.
Advice to Management
The management should also promote sales through advertising.They should promote them through social networking sites.
