Senior Training Manager - Full-Time

  • A Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Development or related field
  • ACTA certified
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in training, learning and development
  • Retail beauty industry experience is preferred

Responsibilities

Training, Learning & Development

  • Lead, develop, review and implement total training and development roadmap to meet company and operational goals
  • Conduct training needs analysis and develop programs to improve existing staff performance
  • Plan, co-ordinate and work with key stakeholders and HOD on training initiatives for the operations team
  • Develop, review and enhance training program and decks
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing training programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Conduct assessment and audit on trainers as well as operational team to identify areas for improvements

    Service Quality
  • Build up quality assurance program that improves customer satisfaction
  • Monitor customers’ feedbacks and develop training programs to address and improve processes and systems
  • Drive service quality initiatives for continuous service and productivity improvements
  • Assess training and coaching impact and efficacy using quantitative and qualitative methods
