IT Manager - Full-Time
- Background in Business and IT specialising in HRM or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
- Meticulous with an eye for details in data management.
- Strong analytical skills on business processes holistically and assess impact on changes to processes.
- Good written and verbal communications skills.
- Manage and implement projects for HR services for all aspects of HR data management and daily related operation.
- Improvise the HR processes by leveraging digital technology.
- Ensure integrity and accuracy in data management and appropriate internal procedures and controls are in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures.
- Drive various HR programmes.
- Assist in the welfare and benefits administration.
