IT Executive - Full-Time

At least 2 years of experience working in a global IT environment or helpdesk department (strong hands on experience)  Experience in supporting desktops, laptops, printers, security equipment, MS Win10 and MS O365 and the usage of a ticketing system 


Act as a single point of contact for phone calls and emails from staff regarding IT issues and queries and resolve 1st level incidents to the end user´s satisfaction quickly and effectively (iPhones/iPads, Laptops, PCs, printers, videoconference systems, etc.)  Log all calls in the Service Desk Management System (Valuemation)  Maintaining a Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and track changes  Take ownership of user issues and follow up the status on behalf of the user and communicate progress in a timely manner  To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries adhere to all service management principles
