QA Technician - Full-Time

Job Responsibilities       :

  • Perform daily testing procedures during manufacturing process
  • Maintain quality standards by performing inspections, checks, tests and sampling procedures on incoming materials, in-process production and finished products
  • Disposition raw material, in-process production and finished products for release, hold and rejected
  • Prepare Certificates of Analysis (COA)
  • Maintain good standards of batch records and related documentation
  • Update and monitor monthly report
  • Assure consistent product quality by developing and reinforcing GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) system
  • Involve in laboratory instruments calibration
  • Test requisition of competitor, claim samples if required
  • Manage any quality problem and implement corrective action
  • Assist in preparation of internal and external audits
  • Comply to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 15378 requirements
  • Any other duties as and when assigned by immediate superior

 

Job Specification             :

  • Minimum Diploma in Science / Engineering or equivalent and above
  • Minimum 3 years hands-on quality inspection experience in plastic industry
  • Experience in QA functions in multinational company is an advantage
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001
  • Computer literate and knowledge of SAP is preferred
  • Detailed oriented and able to perform multi-tasking
  • Excellent quality mindset
  • Good team player
