Audit Manager (US GAAP Experience) - Full-Time
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy with a recognised professional qualification
- Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience with minimum 1 year in a managerial capacity, preferably from an international accounting firm
- Must have experience working on US listed companies
- Excellent working knowledge of US GAAP, US GAAS, PCAOB and SEC requirements

Our clients are a Multinational Mid-Tier Audit Firm and it is one of the best workplaces to work in Singapore. We are seeking for them a Audit Manager/Assistant Manager for their US GAAP portfolio.
The potential incumbent will be responsible for leading Audit engagements in US GAAP specialisation and must have worked within these few criterias:
1) Worked with US listed clients
2) Have done PCAOB reviews
2) Have done PCAOB reviews
Responsibilities Include:
- Engagement planning, execution and finalisation of an audit engagement.
- Fully accountable for the audit engagement and ensures that the engagement process against budget and timeline is closely monitored.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Review and provide key technical expertise to ensure the quality of audit work performed is in compliance with professional standards and requirements.
- Undertake a role in professional development activities such as training, staff recruitment and performance management.
