Helpdesk Specialist - Level 2/3 - Full-Time

  • Diploma or Degree in IT/Computer Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience in remote desktop support or helpdesk (Up to level 2 or 3)
  • Good written and spoken English to be able to communicate with VIP customers
  • Knowledge of service operations and service level agreement
  • Experience in troubleshooting Windows, Network, VPN
  • Knowledge in desktops/laptops and mobile devices


  • Handling customers from mainly US, UK, local & india on specific IT issues & queries through emails, chatbots and calls.
  • Act as 1st point of contact to provide solutions to customers with issues & queries
  • 1st & 2nd level of troubleshooting with technologies such as Windows 10/7, MS office, desktop / laptop, MS outlook, Skype, mobile services (Apple, Android or windows)
  • Escalate unresolved calls to the infrastructure support team when necessary
  • Log all calls in the tool SNOW (Service Now)
  • Following up with customers if needed
