HRBP - Full-Time

  • Collaborate with HR Centre of Excellence, HR share services and Managers to ensure consistent delivery of consistent HR services.
  • Consulting with line management and provide daily HR guidance
  • Provide timely and positive resolution of escalated related HR operation issues.
  • Monitor and report on workforce headcount planning.
  • Be involve in the Global Onboarding project to incorporate and align our current onboarding process with Global onboarding initiatives.
  • Management and updating of movement file.
  • Management of proper documentation (P-file) for any position changes, promotion (including belting), demotion, internal transfer, etc.
  • Employee performance appraisal process management.
  • Performance management for DI and PIP process with line managers and issue sanction
  • Resolving complex employee relations issues and address grievances
  • Enhance our existing internship program by building and maintaining strong relationships with university career offices, faculty members and external professional bodies.
  • Enhance our existing apprenticeship program and collaborate with educational institutions and authorities
  • Responsibility of budget management in terms of non-C&B matters such as recruitment cost, work pass application and renewal cost, L & D cost for the departments/ BU.
  • Establish or participate in gathering the needs for general training courses with internal stakeholders and internal COE L & D to meet the requirements of the L & D plan for local OC and ensure additional training to meet the demands derived from the performance appraisal and development review processes as well as new organizational developments.
  • Craft and update of Job descriptions.
  • Conduct 2nd interview for all positions with hiring managers / HOD to assess the candidate fit and closing out the position.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
  • Enhance employees’ fit by ensuring continuous communication of the organization’s values and what they stand for.
  • Management and co-ordination of new employee onboarding process (Opening of P-files for new join, arrangement of safety trainings and day 1 induction.
  • Conduct and provide analysis for onboarding survey for confirmed employees.
  • Management and conduct of Exit interview.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing any other adhoc HR projects as assigned.
