Sales Executive - Full-Time

• Minimum of 1-2 years sales experience in the Construction related Industry; Fresh graduate with excellent positive attitude maybe considered
• Possess excellent communication, presentation and customer relationship skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Knowledge of market, industry trends and competitors is an added advantage
• A "People" person, result-oriented, 

Responsibilities

• Interact and establish good working relationship with developers, architects, designers and builders etc
• Execute day to day sales activities includes canvasing for new leads, attending sales enquiries, preparation and follow up of quotations/ tenders and negotiation of sales contracts
• Plan and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets 
• Provide technical sales and marketing support to customers
• Fully responsible for all Trade Accounts Receivable for customers under your care and ensure zero bad debts
