Admin Asst - Full-Time

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels and above
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Result oriented, organized, meticulous with good problem-solving skills, resourceful with high initiative and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to build rapport at all levels.


Job Description
  • Receptionist duties such as attend to incoming phone calls and walk-in corporate visitors, sorting incoming mails, mailing of outgoing mails and arranging local and overseas courier services
  • Coordinate with contractors/ suppliers for office/warehouse facilities repair & maintenance, security and cleaning services
  • Source for service vendors and compare quotations from various suppliers on procurement of office equipment & supplies
  • Coordinate and feedback on Company's transport
  • Manage distribution of company uniforms
  • Manage and consolidate daily staff lunch orders
  • Liaison with company transport provider
  • Verify expenses with supporting documents for authenticity, accuracy and authorization according to Company policy
  • Handling of Company mobile and Telco matters
  • Prepare, Check and Process monthly time attendance and leave records for payroll
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to HR & Admin department, and other ad - hoc duties as assigned
