Marketing Coordinator - Full-Time
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in managing invoices and payables.
- Detailed oriented and self-driven person.
- Work closely with Finance, Procurement team, and internal stakeholders
- Process documents, including but not limited to issue PO, GRN, and etc.
- Resolve invoice issue, vendor selection and onboarding plans.
- Establish and manage processes.
- Perform administrative duties such as scheduling and coordinating in organizing meeting.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
