There was a great resolve to service the customer in the best way possible. The management mostly made sure that the employees were feeling motivated.
There was a lot of unwanted bureaucratic set-ups that slowed down work. The collaboration between different departments was not very smooth.
Advice to Management
American Express is losing good talent to the competition. They should increase their pay structures & benefits.
