IT Systems not able to fully support its products and services. Many manual recording and paperwork were required and resulting in much time wasted on manual work.
Advice to Management
getting programmers to design a suitable platform for handling functions needed to support products. Otherwise outsourcing certain functions are necessary due to limited head count
