Left to handle works on your own. Some staff are lazy and does not perform well yet their bonus and increment is similar to those that work and strive hard.
No promotion and increase in pay very poor. No appreciation at all for good performance. No lunch time.
Advice to Management
To appreciate good staff and promote them. To provide better benefit to staff such as medical, dental etc
