The remuneration package is good. Because of the large global presence, the chance of overseas posting is higher.
The policies appear to meet demand of current work force eg flexible working hours, work-life-balance; but managers tend to pay lip-service of their support, rather than real effort from top-down to allow real implementation of the policies.
Advice to Management
Whilst promoting global mobility, balance should be striked between local and foreign staff within the same country location.
