Communication at this company is without status boundaries. Employees regardless of rank can bounce ideas off each other and have open discussions. The management is also concerned with work-life balance.
Company may be relatively slow to respond to suggestions and events than others due to its complicated structure. Salary is also not as competitive.
Advice to Management
Don't have double standards and also create a clearer chain of command so employees know who to file incident reports to. Management should also look into employee feedback in greater detail.
