Location is near home. My current role is giving me learning opportunities. My first permanent job so I am happy about that.
Attitude of the people, the culture. The lack of communication amongst the various teams. The inability to accept changes.
Advice to Management
People here need to learn how to speak and understand proper English, even the management folks. The standard of English is appalling.
