Company is not involved with daily affair. I deal straight with the client. WIll occasionally call up to remind about late submission of documents.
Cons
Not much benefit for staff. There are no phone allowances even though we need to call clients occasionally. It feels like they are there just as a middle man to absorb the fees on monthly basis.
Advice to Management
Provide perks such as training, staff discount for services/products, incentives for no MC and good performance, higher claim for MC and phone allowances.
