Diverse culture. Colleagues are very intelligent and open. Work style is very flexible and promotion is based on merit rather than age.
Poor remuneration package that is not tied to performance. Many people have left the company due to the poor bonuses and increment over the past few years.
Advice to Management
There is a huge problem with talent retention. Management should pay a fair wage that is on par with its competitors.
