The nature of my work is ok. I have freedom to map out my objectives as long as I attained the corporate objectives.
Super high management politics, must curry favor with directors or else you will be asked to leave. Turnover was super high...and all good ones were asked to leave immediately, some without even 2 hours notice.
Advice to Management
The council must let the secretariat be independent and only lay out directions. Remove all the present directors and bring back the good ones, especially some managers..also the council should not interfere in the running of the secretariat.
