Working environment was friendly with young working adults, a lot of training was provided before actual handling of calls. Pay and incentives were good especially when willing to work during Public Holiday.
People who worked longer always felt like they had the upper hand, job requirements were demanding, due to technical difficulties during time of employment, working hours were extended to late night.
Advice to Management
Take into consideration the welfare of the staff, it was very segregated among people who worked longer and people who just started working, it felt very hard to blend in initially.
