Management has good foresight, drive and direction. They are also approachable and have little or no boundaries to communication with employees.
Performance monitoring is not up to standards, so both unproductive and productive workers don't get differentiated/rewarded. There is also not enough incentive for overachievers to stay in the company.
Advice to Management
Streamline messy internal processes, and also develop a better compensation scheme for recognized talents. The company should also pay more attention to which workers are delivering and which are not.
