They have a nice office pantry and office environment with friendly colleagues in general. There is a good view from the office.
Top-down structure, no feedback system. Too much red-tape, learn to give staff more autonomy and power to make decisions and contribute to organisation growth
Advice to Management
Good to compensate great people properly and according to effort and performance if not will result in high staffs turnover in long run
